John Alexander has extensive experience in project management. John started their career in 1999 as an Equipment Manager at DREAMHIRE LLC and worked there until 2004. From 2005 to 2016, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Griffin Technology. In 2016, they joined splitsecnd as a Senior Project Manager, where they were involved in SMT soldering, troubleshooting, document creation, and barcode management. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at VGT as a Senior Global Project Manager. Since 2019, they have been self-employed as a Senior Project Manager. In 2022, they joined HeroWear as a Project Professional.

John Alexander - CSM completed their Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute from 1993 to 1995. In 2019, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from BrainTrust in the field of Project Management. John also attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Trainer (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
