Hugues Raymond is an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Héroux-Devtek since April 2004, specializing in the industrialization of the assembly and testing of F15 landing gear using lean VSM and pull flow activities. Hugues has successfully implemented JITbase and developed a vision for a data warehouse while introducing VKS as the MES software to transition to a paperless environment. Hugues also contributed to the MACH FAB 4.0 project in collaboration with Aéro-Montréal, Promark, and Leesta, focusing on VKS, JITbase, data warehousing, and cybersecurity. Hugues holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, earned between 1995 and 1998.
