Maro Pantazi has extensive experience in communication and customer support, currently serving as a Communication Written Coordinator and Supervisor Assistant at HERON ENERGY S.A. since November 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating the Customer Care Department and handling claims support and complaints via social networks. Previous roles include positions as an Agent in the Complaints Department, both at a first and second level for corporate clients.
