Monique Hoppess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and event management. Currently serving as the North Texas Director of Events & Programs and Executive Administrator at Heroes for Children since May 2022, Monique has a rich background that includes roles as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at R2 Logistics from December 2020 to April 2022, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at J.W. Logistics, LLC from January 2013 to March 2019. Prior to these positions, Monique was actively involved in the community while serving as a volunteer and stay-at-home mom from May 2000 to December 2012. Monique began a career in human resources at Kraft Foods Group, holding the position of Human Resources Manager from February 1991 to April 2000. Monique holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. In addition to professional commitments, Monique has served on various boards and held volunteer positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service.
