Currently serving as the Finance Head at Hero MotoCorp since December 2016, Shiv Garg oversees finance, accounts, and controlling functions, collaborates on cost optimization strategies, and formulates annual budgets and forecasts. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, focusing on consolidation, taxation, and compliance, as well as positions at Kohler Co. and Omax Autos Ltd. Shiv Garg holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Management Development Institute, and a Cost & Management Accountant degree from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
