Hardik Pandya has a diverse background in credit management and banking. They worked as a Credit Assistant at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2019 to 2020 before advancing to the role of Credit Manager at Hero Housing Finance, where they currently work. Hardik also serves as a Credit Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank since 2025 and held the position of CPA at ICICI Bank from 2017 to 2019.
