Ravi Chandran is a Senior Manager in Product Development at Hero Motors since August 2022, previously serving as a Senior Manager of Technical Marketing and Technical Operations at Senapathy Whiteley Pvt Ltd for a brief period in 2022. Prior to this, Ravi spent over a decade at Sogefi Group in various roles, including Deputy Manager of R&D and New Product Development and Test In Charge, where responsibilities included planning, KPI tracking, and optimizing equipment utilization. Ravi excelled in air intake system testing and validation, developed air filter technologies, and contributed to significant laboratory upgrades, all while addressing customer issues through statistical analysis and failure analysis. Ravi holds a diploma in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from D. Banumaiahs Polytechnic, Mysore, earned between 2006 and 2009.
