Ramkumar Durai is an experienced professional in supply chain management and quality assurance, currently serving as AVP for Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Customer Service at Hero Motors since October 2021. Previously, Ramkumar Durai held various leadership roles at Tata Motors from September 2007 to August 2021, including Deputy General Manager of Supply Chain, where significant accomplishments included the development of a Supply Chain Control Tower and robust capacity planning processes.
