Srishti Sethi serves as the Chief Risk Officer at both Hero FinCorp since April 2020 and IDFC FIRST Bank since December 2018, following a tenure as Head of Enterprise Risk Management at IDFC Bank from November 2014 to September 2018. Srishti also held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Operations & Risk Leader at Bank of America from January 2007 to September 2014, where responsibilities included stakeholder management and regulatory relationship management. Prior experience includes being Vice President of Credit Risk at GE Capital from 2000 to 2007, focusing on deal structuring and credit appraisal, and serving as Senior Manager for Commercial Business at Associates from 1997 to 2000. Srishti holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Studies and a BA (Hons) in Statistics from Delhi University.
