Hayley Podell has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and PR industry since 2017. Hayley began their career as a Social Media Manager at Oggis Pizza and Brewery Co. in 2017, and then worked as a Stylist/ Lead on Duty at Diane's Beachwear in the same year. In 2018, they were an intern at Digital Marketer as a Traffic & Conversion Marketing Summit Intern, and at Frankie Rose Cosmetics as a Social Media and Public Relations Intern. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Influencer Marketing and PR Manager at INH Hair and We're Not Really Strangers, respectively. Currently, they are the Influencer Marketing Manager at Hero Cosmetics.

Hayley Podell graduated from San Diego State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Hayley began their studies in 2015.
