Ruth Serrano possesses a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Hermosa Beach City School District since 2002, Ruth has demonstrated expertise in educational support. Previous experience includes producing for Belasco Theatre Company from 2008 to February 2014, and holding the position of Senior Claims Adjuster at State Farm from December 1993 to January 1999. Additionally, Ruth served as Communications Director for El Segundo Chamber of Commerce from September 1991 to December 1993. Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services with a focus on Interpersonal Communication from Truman State University. Education was also attained at Solon High School.
