Andy Chang has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2021, they have been working as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Partner at Hermitage Capital, a private equity firm with assets under management of US$1.2 billion. In this role, they oversee strategic initiatives and partnerships for the firm across their offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and New York.

In the same year, Andy also co-founded GOFA International, an AI health tech startup focused on computer vision and machine learning.
