Andy Chang has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2021, they have been working as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Partner at Hermitage Capital, a private equity firm with assets under management of US$1.2 billion. In this role, they oversee strategic initiatives and partnerships for the firm across their offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and New York.

In the same year, Andy also co-founded GOFA International, an AI health tech startup focused on computer vision and machine learning. As a co-founder, they have played a key role in leading a team of over 35 international talents and driving the company's vision of transforming lifestyle every day in all generations. The company has offices in San Francisco and Hong Kong.

In 2015-2016, they enrolled in Stanford University's Quantitative Finance Program, specializing in quantitative finance and algorithmic trading. Most recently, in 2020-2021, Andy Chang participated in the MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on AI and business strategy.
