Jeffrey Kelso has an extensive background in the field of IT, serving in various positions such as Technology Manager and Director of Computer and Network Services at school districts. Prior to that, Jeffrey held roles such as Network Engineer III at PG&E Gas Transmission Northwest. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Business from Portland State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Western Oregon University.
