Emily Bird is an experienced fund manager currently at Federated Hermes Limited since October 2018. Previously, Emily held the position of Senior Director in Retail Capital Markets at CBRE from January 2011 to September 2018. Prior to that, a role as a CRE Consultant was occupied at Corporate Property Advisers from June 2008 to December 2010. Emily also provided expertise in Real Estate Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from January 2002 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Property from RMIT University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
