Alice Berthier is an experienced professional in project management and optimization within the industrial sector. Currently serving as a Consultantes Transverse at SpinPart since December 2022, Alice has previously held key positions such as Chef de projet ordonnancement et flux internes at Petit Bateau, where responsibilities included software creation, data analysis, and strategic project participation. Other notable experiences include assisting project managers in the industrialization of leather goods at ±á±ð°ù³¾Ã¨²õ, acting as a junior project manager at La Maison Bleue during organizational restructuring, and an internship at Aéroprécis focusing on mechanical part machining for the aerospace industry. Alice holds a PhD in Optimization and Safety of Systems from Université de Technologie de Troyes, complemented by an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, and additional educational experiences in the United States.
