Agnès de Villers is a senior executive with ±á±ð°ù³¾Ã¨²õ' perfume division. Agnès has over two decades of experience in the cosmetics industry, having worked with some of the biggest names in the business.
De Villers began their career at Yves Rocher in 1994, where they served as international product manager. Agnès then joined L'Oréal in 1998, where they eventually became general manager for France's Shu Uemura luxury division.
In 2006, de Villers left L'Oréal to become CEO of Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle. Agnès stayed with the company for four years before moving on to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2010, where they served as MAC Cosmetics brand manager for France and North Africa.
De Villers joined ±á±ð°ù³¾Ã¨²õ in 2015, and has been instrumental in helping the company grow its perfume division. Under their leadership, ±á±ð°ù³¾Ã¨²õ has released several successful fragrances, including the best-selling Eau des Merveilles.
Agnès de Villers has a degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a Master of Economic Agnès'story from Paris X Nanterre- University. Agnès also attended Hypokhâgne and Khâgne - Lycee Pasteur.
Agnès de Villers reports to Henri-Louis Bauer, Co-Executive Chairman. They work with Robert Chavez - Senior Executives, United States & Latin America, Ambre Pulcini - Senior Executive, Jewellery and Shoes, and Luc Hennard - Senior Executives, China.
