John Colgrove is an experienced Traffic Control Designer currently employed at Herman Weissker, Inc. since January 2013, specializing in the development of traffic control plans for major utilities and collaboration with agency representatives to ensure compliance with industry standards. Colgrove has a background in CAD design and archaeology, with previous positions at Wilson & Company, Inc. and the US Forest Service, where skills in GIS and data management were also utilized.
