Susan Lind currently serves as the Branch Manager at Heritage Bank NW since May 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Umpqua Bank from October 1999 to May 2023, including Branch Manager and Relationship Banker. Throughout the career, Susan focused on building strong, lasting relationships with both consumers and business clients. Susan earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington State University, completing the program between 2008 and 2013.
