Steve Killen is an experienced executive in the graduation and recognition products industry, currently serving as Vice President of Category Management at Herff Jones since February 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held various leadership positions, including Director of Sales at Herzig Engineering and multiple roles at Jostens from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included Vice President of National Partnerships and Vice President of College Sales. At Jostens, Steve successfully directed national sales teams, focused on customer acquisition, and secured long-term partnership agreements with significant national accounts. Earlier in Steve's career, leadership was demonstrated at Willsie Cap & Gown, where Steve was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two decades. Steve holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Kansas.
