Patricia Keighley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Plant Controller at Herff Jones since January 2024, Patricia previously held the position of Director of Accounting & HR at Epec Engineered Technologies from September 2019 to January 2024. Earlier roles include Senior Cost Accountant at Whirlpool Corporation and Greencore, demonstrating expertise in analyzing cost data, managing month-end activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Patricia's career also includes significant accounting responsibilities at Epec Engineered Technologies and leadership roles in mortgage and office management. Patricia holds an M.B.A. as well as a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, complementing an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Bristol Community College.
