Abhishek Qasid is an experienced professional in DevOps engineering and IT operations, currently serving as Director of DevOps Engineering and Head of Global Support Operations at HERE Technologies since June 2010. Previously, Abhishek held leadership roles at Nokia, including Head of Service Support for the Global Service Support and Improvements group, and worked as a Senior IT Services Advisor at Dell, focusing on special projects and IT services innovation. Abhishek's career began at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included leading Application Support Services, and an early role at Khullar Private Ltd involved managing onsite IT operations. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from North Maharashtra University and has pursued further education, including becoming an ITIL Expert and continuing professional development at Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square.
