Monika Polese serves as the International Project Director at Hercules Transforming Communication since 2023, contributing to the agency's growth by providing strategic brand support, managing team operations, and overseeing the production of diverse campaigns globally. Previously, Monika held various roles at BETC from 2007 to 2022, culminating in the position of International Global Brand Manager where responsibilities included implementing international advertising strategies for Citroën and managing high-profile partnerships. Earlier experience encompasses positions at EURO RSCG and McCann Paris, focusing on the development and international deployment of advertising campaigns for prominent brands such as L’Oréal and Air France. Monika holds a Master 2 in Marketing and Communication from the Paris School of Business and a Master of Science in Economics from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
