Eric B. Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety training, management, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the US Safety Training Supervisor for Herc Rentals since July 2021, Richardson oversees safety training across multiple regions. As Chief Executive Officer of Rick Scott Designer LLC and Owner/President of Late October Lifestyle LLC, Richardson also engages in creative endeavors as a vocalist and music producer. Prior to these roles, Richardson held various supervisory positions at The Home Depot, specializing in customer service and sales strategies for several departments. Military experience includes serving as a Career Counselor in the United States Army Reserve and various talent acquisition and training roles in the US Army. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Post University.
