Therese Fletcher is an experienced Change & Communications Manager currently working at Herbert Smith Freehills since February 2020, driving change management and communications activities within the PMO for various global programs. Prior to this, Therese held multiple roles at Healthcare Imaging Services, including National Communications Manager, where expertise in change management was applied to open the new Imaging Department at Northern Beaches Hospital. Additional experience includes serving as Change Communications Manager at Healius Limited, Senior Communications Consultant at SAP, and various roles at IBM, such as Internal Communications Manager and Marketing Manager, where impactful communications and marketing strategies were developed and executed. Therese holds a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and has completed financial crime e-learning at Austrac.
