Erin Pauley currently serves as the Patron Services Manager Administrator at the Herberger Theater Center, a position held since November 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing patron services, managing other managers and volunteers, and ensuring timely performances. Prior experience includes a role as Patron Services Manager at Ristal, Inc., and as a Customer Service Representative at Montessori Education Centre, where Erin focused on enriching the classroom environment and teaching practical life skills. Erin also spent over a decade at the University of Phoenix, initially as a Faculty Scheduler and later as a Faculty Recruiter, responsible for finding adjunct faculty for local campuses. Educationally, Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Services and a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Adult Education and Training, both from the University of Phoenix.
