Joy White has extensive experience in the transportation and health industries, currently serving as a Yardmaster, Crew Dispatcher, and Customer Service representative at Conrail since May 2007. In the health sector, Joy has been a Distributor for Herbalife Nutrition since June 2019 and an Independent Distributor for Ardyss Life since June 2010. Joy held multiple leadership positions at the SMART Transportation Division from December 2013 to February 2022, including Vice President, Delegate, and Trustee of Local #1949. Additionally, Joy served as Director at Large for the League of Railway Industry Women in 2015. Joy's education includes attendance at Howard University from 1990 to 1992 and Chicago State University in 1992.
