Ivo Matthias has extensive experience in the culinary and software development fields, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Ivo serves as a Software Developer at Herba Chemosan Apotheker-AG since October 2014, focusing on specifications, testing, and documentation. Prior to this, Ivo held roles at Delegate Group from December 2007 to September 2014 as a Product Specialist in EDI and purchasing, as well as Corporate Solutions and Services. Ivo's early experience includes time at Hotelfachschule Berlin as a student, and in the culinary domain, where Ivo worked as a Chef and Course Leader at Wittenstein Tafelfreuden from January 2004 to July 2005, and held various chef positions at diverse hotels and restaurants from January 1998 to January 2004.

Ivo holds a degree as a State-certified Business Administrator in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Hotelfachschule Berlin (2005-2007) and a chef degree from Hotel Maria (1994-1997).
