Dennis Bräuhaus has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Dennis started their career at aixACCT Systems GmbH as a Development Engineer, where they managed a project to develop a measurement system for next-generation memory applications. Dennis then joined AIXTRON SE as a Process Engineer before becoming a Technical Key Account Manager, responsible for addressing the needs of LED customers in China. After that, they joined Heraeus and worked their way up from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager and eventually Head of Product Management. In their roles at Heraeus, they led international teams, conducted market research, and played a crucial role in product development.

Dennis Bräuhaus obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Materials Science from RWTH Aachen University in the period of 2005-2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university from 1998-2004. Dennis also pursued Mandarin Chinese studies at National Taiwan Normal University in 2011, and conducted further studies in Material Science at Penn State University in 2003. Additionally, they obtained a PhD certification from RWTH Aachen University in 2011.
