Brittany Heaward possesses a diverse background in education and professional experience, primarily in the fields of registration, records management, and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Registration & Records at York County Community College since October 2011, Brittany has also held roles as a Student Support Specialist and Administrative Specialist within the same institution. Additionally, Brittany works as a writer for Brittany's View From Home since November 2019 and has previous experience as an Independent Home Consultant for The Longaberger Company and as a Manager at Olympia Sports. Brittany's expertise includes managing sales quotas, staff hiring and training, and customer relationship management. Educationally, Brittany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's Degree in Behavioral Health Studies from York County Community College, complemented by a High School Diploma from Wells High School.
