Saundra Schrock is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in executive roles and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently, Schrock serves as a Partner and Contributor at Saundra's Idea Collective(tm) since January 2023 and is the CEO and founder of Levelhead, a mobile learning company established in May 2016, dedicated to enhancing employee engagement through innovative learning solutions. Schrock held the position of Board Chair at Elevate from May 2016 to March 2023, contributing to the Risk and Compensation Committees. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at J P Morgan Chase from December 1975 to February 2011, where responsibilities encompassed regional banking executive leadership and consumer lending management. Schrock's educational background includes an MBA from Arizona State University and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
