Joachim Kindler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joachim currently serves as the Vice President of IT and Processes at hep global GmbH since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations & Maintenance at hep energy GmbH from January 2020 to December 2020, and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer from September 2016 to December 2019. Joachim also worked at BLANCO GmbH + Co KG as an International Supply Chain Manager from January 2016 to August 2016. Before that, they spent a decade at BLANCO Germany as a Supply Chain Planner from March 2006 to August 2016. Furthermore, they worked as a Business Process Analyst at AMANN & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG from February 2001 to December 2005 and as an SAP Consultant at Origin International from October 1995 to January 2001.

Joachim Kindler attended Fachhochschule Reutlingen from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
