Pernille Dolmen has over a decade of experience in project development and management, currently serving as a Prosjektutvikler at HENT since October 2010, where previous roles included Tilbudsleder and Kalkulatør og innkjøper. Prior to this, Pernille worked as an Instructor at SATS from January 2010 to January 2014 and as an Instruktør at 3T-treningssenter from January 2008 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Byggingeniør from Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag (HiST) earned between 2006 and 2009, as well as an Årsstudium in Økonomi og administrasjon from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) completed in 2011.
