Linn-Mari Bendiksen is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Tilbudsleder and previously as a Prosjektingeniør at HENT since January 2018, Linn-Mari also held positions as a Teaching Assistant in Human Resources Management at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) and as a Student Assistant in Mathematics at Universitetet i Agder. Prior work experience includes roles as a blomsterdekoratør at Sætre Blomsterflora AS, where customer service and flower arranging were key responsibilities, as well as various positions in customer service and cleaning across different companies. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology Management from NTNU and a Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energy: Electrical Engineering from the University of Agder.
