Brynjar Haugen Finstad currently serves as Produksjonssjef at HENT AS, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Brynjar was the Administrerende direktør at Skanska Husfabrikken AS from August 2020 to September 2023, and held various roles including Prosjektsjef at Skanska and Direktør regioner at Advansia from 2016 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Brynjar worked at Skanska from January 2001 to December 2016, where responsibilities included Prosjektsjef for private commercial buildings and Distriktssjef for Møre og Romsdal. Brynjar holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Building and Construction Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earned from 1995 to 2000.
