Benedicte Dalen has a solid background in construction engineering, holding a Master's degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Bachelor's degree from Oslo and Akershus University College. Since August 2017, Dalen has held multiple positions at HENT AS, including Team Leader, Project Manager for AI, Bid Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Terminal Worker at TINE SA from June 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities involved logistics and customer service, as well as a position as a Store Employee at Sport 1 Gruppen AS from May 2010 to August 2013.
