Andreas Lardon is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in global planning, reporting, and standardization within the automotive sector, currently serving at ZF Group since April 2019. Lardon’s expertise encompasses project planning, resource management, R&D investments, and cost center planning. Key responsibilities include tool development, implementation of artificial intelligence use cases, standardization and quality assurance in processes and methods, as well as reporting and analytics. Prior experience includes managing the German Offshore Development Center at Applus+ IDIADA, where Lardon oversaw projects related to vehicle safety and business process optimization.
