Roland Puscher, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and product management within the telecommunications and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Product Realization Manager and Project Manager at HENSOLDT since May 2017, Roland has previously held significant roles at Airbus DS Optronics GmbH, Nokia, BenQ Mobile, Siemens Mobile Phones, Perimos Elektronik GmbH, and Wandel & Goltermann. With a strong background in leading international R&D teams, overseeing product development for high-volume mobile devices, and managing complex hardware projects, Roland has demonstrated expertise in enhancing production processes, quality improvements, and component optimization. Roland holds a degree in Nachrichtentechnik from Technische Hochschule Ulm.
