Manish Rai, CPIM, PMP, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of North America Supply Chain Optimization and Strategic Planning at Henry Schein, where responsibilities include overseeing supply chain strategy and network optimization. Previously, Manish held the role of Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain and North America Production at Advanced Sterilization Products, managing end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple regions. Manish's experience includes significant positions at Medtronic, Baxter International Inc., GE Healthcare, Arrow Electronics, and Tata Motors, emphasizing leadership in global supply chain management, operational excellence, and process improvement. Manish holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, a Master of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University, and an MBA from Marquette University.
