Carter Smith is an experienced recruiter currently employed at Henry Schein One since February 2022. Previously, Carter held the position of Activation Manager at Kenect from June 2021 to February 2022 and worked in Consumer Loyalty Marketing at Idahoan Foods from December 2020 to June 2021. Carter also served as an Employer Relations Specialist at BYU-Idaho Career Center for a year, managing on-campus recruiting efforts and collaborating with company recruiters. Additionally, Carter founded and presided over Sports Professional's Development at BYU-Idaho from January 2020 to September 2020, establishing it as an official school society. Carter’s earlier experience includes a role as a Branding & Marketing Intern at Cars Changing Lives, where visual media strategies were implemented to enhance brand identity. Carter holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
