Bawa Harrell, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software and technical support management. Currently serving as Software Support Supervisor at Henry Schein One since October 2016, Bawa Harrell supervises a team of software technicians and BPO supervisors, focusing on coaching, performance metrics, and professional training. Previously, Bawa held various positions at Verizon Wireless from May 2006 to September 2016, culminating in the role of Technical Support Supervisor, where skills in talent management and performance improvement were demonstrated.
