Fadwa Fawaz is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience at Henry Ford Health System since 2009, serving as Principal Management Engineer focused on project management and performance improvement for High Reliability Organization (HRO) projects and quality initiatives. Previous roles include RN Risk Manager, where Fadwa reviewed incident reports and conducted root cause analyses, and Joint Replacement Coordinator, responsible for enhancing orthopedic practices. Fadwa also served as Program Manager for Orthopedics and Neurosciences at Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center, following a tenure as a staff nurse at the same institution. Fadwa holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Davenport University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.
