Elle Marie-DelGrosso Wernette, PhD, currently serves as an Instructor and Research Scientist at Henry Ford Health, leading NIH-funded research on circadian rhythmicity in night shift workers at the Sleep Lab. Prior to this role, Wernette held the position of Vice President of Research at JustLight and was the head Research Assistant at Michigan State University's Sleep & Learning Lab, working on various NSF and Office of Naval Research projects related to cognitive processing and sleep. Wernette's academic background includes a PhD and MA in Psychology from Michigan State University, along with significant teaching and research experience, including roles as a graduate Teaching Assistant and GSAC representative. Previous employment includes roles in retail and youth sports coaching, as well as an internship with TRW in Germany and France.
