Holly Diamond is a seasoned higher education leader with over 30 years of experience in student success, enrollment management, and institutional innovation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Student Affairs at Henry Ford College, they have previously held leadership positions at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Walsh College, and Lawrence Technological University. With a focus on strategic enrollment, retention, and recruitment initiatives, Holly has implemented various programs that have significantly improved student engagement and success. A recognized authority in student and enrollment services, they have consulted for numerous institutions and presented at numerous conferences. Holly is also a past President of the Michigan Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and has participated in local Chambers of Commerce.
