Cris Chaparro Lutz, CAP®, CSPG, serves as the Assistant Vice President of Gift Planning at The Huntington, where an extensive career began in June 2005, following roles as Senior Director of Gift Planning, Planned Giving Director, and Associate Director of Major Gifts. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Individual Giving at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles from April 1998 to June 2005, with earlier positions as Associate Director of Development, Program Manager, and Senior Case Manager. Additionally, Cris taught as an Adjunct Faculty member in Psychology at Pasadena City College from April 1998 to June 2003, developing a specialized Latino/x/e psychology course. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Social Science from UC Irvine, followed by a Master of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
