Frank Castelvecchi has been working in the financial industry for over 20 years. Frank started their career as a self-employed engineer and code consultant. Frank then worked for the Montpelier Volunteer Fire Department for a few years before joining Henrico Building Inspections. Frank worked there for 30 years, eventually becoming the Senior Plans Review Engineer. In 2014, they left Henrico Building Inspections to become the Treasurer at Henrico Federal Credit Union, where they have been working ever since.
Frank Castelvecchi received their Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Frank is a Professional Engineer, certified by the DPOR Virginia.
