Jill W. has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries. Jill is currently the Vice President of People Success at Hennessey Digital, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Jill was a Real Estate Investor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. starting in 2014. Simultaneously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at True Manufacturing from 2014 to 2020. Furthermore, Jill had a role as a Human Resources Manager at NISA Investment Advisors, LLC from 2007 to 2013. Their expertise in human resources and their experience in real estate and investments make their a well-rounded professional.

Jill W. has obtained a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Saint Louis University. Jill also holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including SHRM CP from SHRM in May 2015, Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the National Association of REALTORS® in July 2014, and PHR from the Society of Human Resources Management in January 2006.
