Adam Gottlich is an experienced professional in behavioural science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Behaviour Science and People Analytics at iPsychTec since September 2024. In addition, Adam lectures on behavioural economics at Henley Business School - Africa and previously held significant roles at Standard Bank Group, including Executive Head of Behavioural Science and various positions related to wealth management and innovation. Adam's early career includes analytical and media relations roles at Discovery Limited and Discovery Health. Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Economic and Consumer Psychology from Leiden University, certificates in Digital Marketing from the University of Cape Town, and multiple degrees in Psychology and English Literature from the University of the Witwatersrand.
