Senthil Pichandi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product safety and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Global Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs at Henkel since July 1998. In this role, Senthil oversees compliance for a 10 Billion Euro Adhesives Business, leading a global team to meet regulatory requirements. Previous positions at Henkel include Director of NA Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs and Director of External Product Development, with a strong focus on strategic implementation and cross-functional team leadership. Prior to Henkel, Senthil worked as a Senior Scientist at SPIC Organics, specializing in polyurethane foam formulation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain Management from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, a Master's in Macromolecular Chemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Master's in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Madras.
