Prior to their current position, Cindy worked at BASF as a Business Strategy Manager in Hong Kong and as a Global Portfolio Manager specializing in defoamers and film forming agents for coatings. Cindy's previous experience also includes research scientist roles at Cognis and ETH Zürich, focusing on additives for coatings and polyurethane chemistry.
