Iris Dolorosa has extensive experience in communication, marketing, and event management. Iris started their career in 2013 at Fonds Finanz Maklerservice GmbH, where they completed a marketing and communication management internship. Iris then worked at InterContinental Carlton Cannes, assisting in procurement. Additionally, they held positions at the Fédération Française de Tennis, Monrendezvous.fr, Total, Saint-Gobain, and is currently the Lead of Events & Marketing Communications at Hendrix Genetics. Iris'sroles have included tasks such as event coordination, social media management, business development, and supplier negotiation.

Iris Dolorosa completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Management from NEOMA Business School and ESB Business School in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Mastère Spécialisé in Communication d'Entreprise from NEOMA Business School. In 2021, they completed a Formation à l’Evenementiel Virtuel et Hybride in Organisation d’événements et conférences from Comeeti. Additionally, they hold a TOEIC certification (985/990) from ETS Global B.V.
